File Agent is provided as-is, free to use for the core file tools and the AI File Agent, with no account required in this version of the product.

You're responsible for the files you upload and for having the right to process them. Don't upload files you don't have permission to handle, or use the service to process unlawful content.

File processing is deterministic and automated. See Privacy for what happens to a file during and after a workflow. We don't guarantee a specific output quality for lossy operations like compression, or that every input file will be supported; unsupported or invalid files are rejected with a clear error rather than silently mishandled.

These terms may be updated as the product changes.
